About us
It started over a scotch… our favorite Blue Label Johnnie Walker scotch whisky to be exact. It oozes quality, being exceptional and memorable. They’re the exact principles we wanted to bring to our business, and so our family run business - Blue Label Solutions was born.
We love getting out on the road and servicing our clients from a huge range of industries throughout Mackay, Pioneer Valley and surrounding areas. We provide a comprehensive, high quality service that allows our clients to focus on their core business – while we work behind the scenes on an ongoing basis completing electrical test and tagging, inspections and supply of fire extinguishers, first aid kits, spill kits and smoke alarms, all to Australian Standard. We provide confidence, trust and peace of mind that the job will be done right the first time.
Toni Vollmerhause

Working with family, an amazing variety of customers and new job locations everyday keeps Toni passionate about the business. Toni is our hands-on all-rounder! You’ll find her onsite at jobs, scheduling projects and on-the-end of the phone or email replying to quotes. In her spare time, she loves spending more time with family, friends and hiking.
Erin Gorman
– Manager
Erin is our organisational queen, handling all the paperwork, marketing and coordinating projects – and isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty on the job as well. She’s all about creating a relaxed (yet organised) office environment, providing flexibility for a positive work-life balance and importantly, flexibility for clients. When she’s not chasing after kids on her days off, you might have seen Erin on the sidelines at the Mackay Basketball Stadium refereeing. Thankfully, Erin doesn’t bring her whistle to work.
Mary Vollmerhause
– Administrator/Technician
The oil that keeps Blue Label Solutions churning, Mary loves getting out on the road – meeting new clients, maintaining existing client’s compliance schedules and the huge variety each day brings. A job highlight is always meeting furry friends on the job. Mary’s hobbies are as varied as her safety compliance skill set. Paddleboarding, swimming, camping, crocheting and walking her dog are all at the top of her weekend to do list.
